Empowering the further education sector through innovation, collaboration and celebration

On Wednesday 6th March, 2024, twenty three researchers working across eighteen organisations within the further education sector came together in Leeds, at Luminate Education Group's Printworks Campus.

They presented their research in (En)Lightning Talks, they welcomed keynote speakers celebrating both practitioner action research and research-based qualifications in colleges, they exchanged ideas with a panel of teacher-researchers, and then they shared their hopes and challenges for advancing research in the sector moving forward.

The report below is a summary of those key moments and those shared dreams.
